Enquiries and booking

We process your name, email, message, selected category and any optional event or publication details to respond to your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling correspondence; where you request services, processing may also be necessary to take steps before a contract.

Enquiry records on this website are automatically deleted after 90 days. Email copies and any contractual records are handled by the operator and relevant providers under their applicable retention obligations.

Newsletter

Newsletter processing is based on your consent. Your email and language are stored only for this purpose. A confirmation link is valid for 48 hours; unconfirmed requests are deleted after seven days. Confirmed subscriptions remain until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Confirmation and welcome emails explain the action and include an unsubscribe route.

Storage, security and recipients

Enquiries and subscription records are stored in the WordPress database and restricted to authorised administrators. Category recipients receive enquiry emails. Technical abuse protection uses a keyed hash of the connection IP for a short rate-limit window; the application does not add message content or email addresses to technical logs. Hosting and mail infrastructure may maintain their own access logs and backups.

External services and local storage

External profile and music links open only when selected. The Spotify player connects only after you explicitly open it; Spotify may then process technical data or cookies under its own privacy terms. Spotify-provided cover images, when used, may be loaded from i.scdn.co. The collection interest list uses browser local storage on your device and can be cleared from the list. No advertising or analytics scripts are bundled with this theme. WordPress or other installed plugins may add their own cookies and services.

Your rights and complaints

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw newsletter consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Use the contact above. You may complain to the competent supervisory authority, including the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or, where applicable, the Hungarian NAIH. No automated decision making or profiling is performed by the bundled enquiry and newsletter features.
